Description

Overview
The Additel ADT773 is a modular low-pressure differential pressure controller designed for precision control and calibration at low pressure ranges. It combines modular interchangeable pressure modules with an integrated low-pressure pump and an intuitive 7-inch color touchscreen to support a wide variety of laboratory and production calibration tasks.

Application and modular design
Quick-change pressure modules (replacement in about 30 seconds). Opening the upper edge of the chassis automatically vents pressure and enables safe installation or removal of ADT151 modules. The controller supports varied ranges through interchangeable ADT151 modules.

Speed and stability
20 % pressure step within 10 seconds to meet production test requirements. Typical control response time ≤ 10 s. Typical control stability ≤ ±(0.001 ~ 0.003) % FS depending on configuration and pressure.

Integrated pump
The ADT773 features an internal automatic low-pressure pump providing a turnkey solution for low-pressure calibration tasks with high speed and stability.

External controls and compatibility
Supports control of up to 3 external valves via external drive ports. One channel is allocated for the Contamination Prevention System (CPS) to reduce contaminant ingress. Remaining channels can drive external vacuum pumps or isolation valves for added flexibility.

Contamination Prevention System (CPS)
Integrated solution enabling automatic fluid evacuation and purging between cycles to limit contamination of valves, lines and filters, improving durability and reliability of the calibration system.
