Overview
The BBDM-80KR4M is an 80 kHz air ultrasonic distance transducer engineered for short-range detection and proximity measurement. Reference detection range is 0.2 to 4 m. For counting or proximity detection, target size, surface condition and orientation affect return signal strength. Nearby structures can create competing echoes within the acoustic field. For compact level installations maintain a clear acoustic path through the vessel opening and away from internal fittings.
