Description

The TCN-2600 is a 10-inch CNC lathe by Takisawa engineered for high cutting capability and versatile production. Available in L-series (pure turning) and CM-series (turning plus milling) configurations, with optional automation-ready TCN-2600G systems.

  • All slideways use highly rigid rectangular slides for durability and positional accuracy.
  • Wide-range spindle motor and revised reduction ratio deliver improved continuous torque across low to high speeds.
  • Two turret families: L-series 8-station direct-mount turret (standard); CM-series 12-station rotary-tool turret for milling variants.
  • Optional highly rigid hydraulic tailstock for supported turning operations.

  • Designed for integration with a high-speed gantry loader for compact automated turning cells.

Software
TiwaP-1 (optional): an interactive programming system supporting program creation, 3D simulation and execution to reduce operator workload. Provides dialog-style input without requiring G-code expertise, 3D animation/tool-path simulation for program verification, and automatic recognition of spindle/process order for optimized execution.
