Takisawa TT-1100G parallel 2-spindle CNC lathe engineered for ultrafast loading and simultaneous front/back machining to maximize throughput.

Ultrafast loading system
The loader area is positioned in front of the machining chamber (front waiting system) to reduce loading distance. The spindle advances to the loading position and, combined with a high-speed 3-axis loader, achieves ultrahigh-speed loading performance.

Transfer / Loader
The machine is equipped with a transfer turnover unit as standard enabling simultaneous front and back machining and offering better space efficiency compared with two single-spindle lathes connected via a reversing device.
