Description

The TT-500GD is a compact twin-spindle CNC lathe from Takisawa's TT-Series designed for high accuracy, automation and high productivity in a minimized footprint.

Overview
  • Supports 5" chuck (5+5) with a twin gantry supplied as standard for accelerated loading and short machining tact times (loading time approx. 2.5 seconds).
  • Equipped with a high-accuracy comb type tool slide (flat type) that reduces non-cutting time compared with turret types and allows up to five tools to be mounted for small parts machining.
  • High-power built-in spindle motor (7.5 kW / 3.7 kW) enabling rapid acceleration to 5000 min-1 in about 0.8 seconds (option: 8000 min-1).
