Description
EXAIR's Deluxe Heavy Duty Dry Vac™ System converts a 30, 55 or 110 gallon open-top drum into a compressed-air industrial vacuum. Built with hardened alloy components and without moving parts, the system vacuums large volumes of dry material while minimising wear and maintenance. It requires no electricity and is designed for heavy industrial environments. Warning: Do not use with low flash point materials, flammable liquids, or combustible dust.

• Standard Heavy Duty Dry Vac: vacuum unit, lever-lock drum lid, auto-safety shutoff valve, filter bag, 10' (3 m) polyethylene static-resistant vacuum hose (1-1/2" I.D.), hose hanger, 1/2 NPT quick-connect couplings, 20' (6.1 m) compressed air hose with swivel fitting, pressure gauge and aluminum chip wand.
• Deluxe Heavy Duty Dry Vac System: adds drum dolly, heavy-duty aluminum tools (2-piece double-bend wand, 12" floor tool, 11" crevice tool, 24" crevice tool, skimmer tool with detachable brush, tool holder), and a 3-1/2" diameter dust brush with conductive bristles.
• Premium Heavy Duty Dry Vac System: includes the Deluxe system plus a 30, 55, or 110 gallon drum (drum included only with Premium version).

How It Works
Compressed air (typically 80–100 PSIG / 5.5–6.9 BAR) enters an annular plenum and is ejected through directed nozzles. These air jets create a vacuum at the intake that draws material into and through the unit, directing solids to the bottom of the drum. Airborne dust is captured by the filter bag. The simple, rugged design provides reliable operation in demanding industrial conditions.
