EXAIR compressed-air Heavy Duty HEPA Vac™ converts a standard open-top drum (30, 55 or 110 gal) into an industrial-grade HEPA-quality vacuum. The unit uses compressed air (typical supply 80 PSIG / 5.5 BAR) to create vacuum flow and is engineered for frequent use in dusty environments. The Premium system ships complete with HEPA (0.3 micron) filter, pre-filter, static-resistant vacuum hose, compressed air hose, shutoff valve, gauge, heavy-duty tools, tool holder, drum dolly and a selected drum (30, 55 or 110 gal). 110 gal option available for Premium system only.
Warning: Do not use with low flash point materials or flammable liquids (fuel oil, alcohols, mineral spirits, gasoline, kerosene) or combustible dust.

Includes Heavy Duty Dry Vac vacuum, lever-lock drum lid, automatic safety shutoff valve, pre-filter, HEPA filter (0.3 micron), 10' (3 m) static-resistant polyethylene vacuum hose 1-1/2" (38 mm) I.D., hose hanger, 1/2 NPT quick-connect, 20' (6.1 m) compressed air hose with swivel fitting, pressure gauge and aluminum chip wand (drum not included).
• Deluxe Heavy Duty HEPA Vac System: Adds usability accessories to the base model: drum dolly, heavy-duty aluminum tools (2-piece double-bend wand, 12" floor tool, 11" crevice tool, 24" crevice tool, skimmer tool with detachable brush), tool holder, and a 3-1/2" diameter conductive dust brush (drum not included).

How It Works
Compressed air enters an annular plenum and is ejected through directed nozzles to create vacuum at the intake. Material is drawn in, accelerated through the unit and deposited into the drum. Airflow passes through the pre-filter, then the 0.3 micron HEPA filter which traps airborne particulates, and exhausts via the drum lid vent. The vacuum and tools are built for wear resistance.
