Description
EXAIR's Model 6194 Deep Hole Vac-u-Gun with Bag includes a reusable bag. It provides a low-cost, pneumatic solution to quickly remove chips and contaminants from grooves, containers and drilled holes where blow guns could create hazardous flying debris. Position the Vac-u-Gun over the hole and press the trigger: a small blow tube dislodges and lifts the chips while the larger suction tube vacuums them into the bag or attached hose. The clear suction tube and bag contain contaminants for operator protection.

How it works
Compressed air (typically 80–100 PSIG / 5.5–6.9 BAR) flows into an annular plenum chamber when the trigger is depressed. A small amount of air is injected into the blow tube to lift chips while larger airflow is directed into the throat through nozzles. These jets create a vacuum at the intake which draws material in and accelerates it through the unit into the filter bag or attached hose. Contaminants remain contained within the clear suction tube and bag for operator protection.
