Overview
EXAIR's Model 6394 Deep Hole Vac-u-Gun All Purpose System provides a portable pneumatic vacuum tool to remove chips and contaminants from grooves, containers and drilled holes. A small blow tube dislodges debris while the large clear suction tube contains and conveys material into a reusable bag, protecting the operator from flying chips. Suitable for holes up to 1-1/4" (32 mm) diameter and depths up to 18" (457 mm). Recommended compressed air: 80-100 PSIG (5.5-6.9 BAR).

How It Works
When the trigger is depressed compressed air flows into an annular plenum. A small portion of air is directed into the blow tube to lift chips while larger jets inject air into the throat to create vacuum at the intake. Material is drawn through the clear suction tube and exhausted into the filter bag or connected hose.
