Product Description
Delta Anchor is a High Holding Power (HHP) fixed-shank plow anchor designed for recreational and commercial marine craft. It features one-piece welded construction, a ballasted tip and self-righting geometry for immediate seabed penetration and reliable holding in sand, mud, gravel, clay and mixed bottoms. Standard products cover small sizes while larger custom models are available, with material options in high-grade manganese steel or Duplex stainless steel and finishes in hot-dip galvanizing or polished stainless steel.

Introduction
The Delta Anchor uses a one-piece welded design to eliminate moving joints found on hinged plow anchors. The narrow plow-shaped blade and weighted toe ensure rapid set after contact. The fixed shank provides structural strength, reduced maintenance and compatibility with most standard bow roller systems.

Standards and Manufacturing
Manufactured in accordance with ISO 1704, IACS Unified Requirement A1 and applicable marine anchor production specifications. Materials, welding and dimensional inspection are certified. The Delta Anchor holds Lloyd's Register General Approval as an HHP anchor.

Testing and Quality
Quality control includes chemical composition verification, dimensional and weld inspection, mechanical property testing, proof load testing, surface coating inspection and permanent identification marking. Individual Lloyd's Test Certification and material certificates are recorded per batch.

Applications
Suitable for yachts, sailing boats, motorboats, fishing vessels, patrol and rescue craft, workboats and commercial marine vessels operating on sand, mud, gravel, clay and mixed seabeds. Self-launching design suits most standard bow roller systems.

Maintenance
Regularly inspect for shank deformation, blade wear, corrosion, coating damage and weld integrity. Verify compatibility with bow roller and anchor chain. Replace anchors with excessive deformation or structural damage. Clean galvanized or stainless surfaces periodically to maintain corrosion resistance.
