Description

Overview
Studless Link Anchor Chain is manufactured from flash butt welded steel links without internal studs. It is designed for marine anchoring, offshore mooring, floating structures and other maritime applications where reduced weight, improved flexibility and easier handling are required. Standard diameters range from 12.5 to 90 mm. Materials: CM490 and CM690. Strength grades: U1, U2, U3. Standard shot lengths: 25 m or 27.5 m. Each chain is permanently identified to ensure full traceability.

Introduction
The chain is produced by flash butt welding and heat treatment followed by calibration, dimensional inspection, proof load and breaking load testing to meet international marine requirements. The studless construction eliminates the internal stud, reducing weight and increasing flexibility for handling, stowage and deployment. Typical applications include ship anchoring systems, offshore mooring, floating production and storage units, aquaculture and towing operations. Custom diameters and grades are available on request.
