Introduction
G43 Hot Dip Galvanized Short Anchor Chain is a welded high-tensile carbon steel short-link chain designed for anchor windlass systems, marine anchoring and related mooring applications. The short-link calibrated construction ensures reliable engagement with compatible windlass gypsies, reduces twisting and improves chain flexibility during pay-out and retrieval. Grade 43 offers a higher working load limit for a given diameter than Grade 30. The chain receives a hot-dip galvanized coating for corrosion protection in freshwater and seawater. This product is intended for anchoring and mooring use only and is not suitable for overhead lifting or suspended loads.
