TechnologySensors of the ASC EQ-3215 use proven capacitive MEMS technology. Integrated electronics provide a differential analog voltage output (±2.7 V FSO) and accept a supply voltage from 5 to 40 VDC. The sensor achieves ultra-low noise performance with resolution below 1 µg and includes a built-in self-test for functionality verification.
HousingThe device is housed in a stainless-steel enclosure with ingress protection to IP65. A detachable cable is provided with configurable lengths and connector options to suit installation requirements.
