Description

Overview
The ASC OS-325MF-PG is a triaxial analog accelerometer based on MEMS capacitive sensor technology. It provides a differential analog voltage output (±2.7 V FSO) and is designed for reliable operation in harsh environments, with integrated electronics for flexible power supply and high shock resistance.

Technology
Sensors of type ASC OS-325MF-PG use MEMS capacitive sensing with integrated signal conditioning. The MF (Medium-Frequency) series offers a broad usable frequency range and stable analog differential output. Key electrical features include a differential output of ±2.7 V FSO and an operating supply voltage from 5 to 40 VDC.
