JA-5M36 are servo-balanced quartz accelerometers (MEMS quartz) from JAE with integrated electronics providing an analog current output. The design delivers resolution better than 1 µg and combined scale factor and bias shift ≤ 1.8 mg over one year. Rated for operation from -40 °C to +150 °C for rugged downhole use.
