Product overview- Sensor type: Accelerometer (analog)
- Sensor technology: MEMS capacitive
- Number of sensitive directions: Uniaxial
- Output signal: Differential analog voltage (±2.7 V FSO)
- Measurement ranges: ±3 g and ±5 g
TechnologyASC EQ-1211 sensors are based on capacitive MEMS technology with integrated electronics providing a differential analog voltage output (±2.7 V FSO) and a wide supply voltage range (5–40 VDC). The device achieves ultra-low noise and a resolution < 1 µg, meeting Motion Class B requirements for seismic measurements. A built-in self-test enables on-site functional verification.
HousingThe accelerometer is housed in a lightweight aluminium enclosure with protection class IP67. A detachable cable is supplied; length and connector can be configured to installation needs to simplify field integration.
ApplicationsDesigned for continuous monitoring of safety-critical structures and components subject to tectonic or environmental vibration — e.g., power plants, tunnels and infrastructure where reliable detection of very small vibration amplitudes is required.
