DESCRIPTION
The MS series leak detectors provide a widely deployed platform of fully automatic, easy-to-operate instruments for quantitative helium leak testing. They are suitable for a broad range of production and laboratory applications, including clean-room and oil-free testing. The combination of high test-port pressure, large internal vacuum pump capacity and ATEQ mass spectrometer enables measurement speeds significantly faster than conventional portable units.
