Technology
The Mass Flow technology converts the mass of air passing through a laminar flow element into a leak value (e.g. cm3.atm/h). It handles parts with large leaks on-line without resetting, does not use heating elements (reduced sensitivity to contamination) and includes temperature compensation. Pneumatics support highly accurate measurement at test pressures up to 20 bar (300 psi).
