OverviewThe CDH6000 is a gas H2N2 (5% hydrogen) supply designed to check the calibration of the H6000 leak detector. It can be used with one or several calibrated leaks.
Features- Gas supply: H2N2 (5% hydrogen) for calibration of H6000 leak detector.
- Requires a calibrated leak to deliver a known quantity of gas at a given pressure.
- Pressure gauge for monitoring the cartridge/output pressure.
- Maximum cartridge pressure: 4 bar.
- Target gauge pressure for the calibrated leak: 1 bar (characteristic pressure value of the calibrated leak).
Operations- Install the calibrated leak on the input connector of the CDH6000.
- Adjust the pressure using the left (increase) and right (decrease) buttons until the gauge shows 1 bar.
- If the pressure displayed on the CDH6000 gauge does not exceed 1 bar, replace the cartridge (maximum pressure: 4 bar).
- To change the cartridge: press the button on the connector to remove the cartridge, then insert a new cartridge by sliding it down until it clicks into place.
- Can be used with one or several calibrated leaks depending on calibration setup.
TipsWhen finished using the CDH6000 calibrator, disconnect the calibrated leak and store it in its case to avoid excessive contamination of the test area.
