Product overviewThe F28 Light is a compact, high-speed differential pressure decay leak tester designed for industrial quality control. Its small footprint allows mounting close to the test part to minimise tubing volume and optimise measurement conditions. Up to 50 modules can be networked and supervised via Ethernet (Modbus IP) with a touchscreen interface for integrated monitoring.

Technology summaryDifferential pressure decay uses a reference volume to compare the test part to a stable reference circuit, compensating for ambient pressure and temperature variations. Only a leak on the test part moves the transducer membrane, so the method maintains accuracy independent of absolute test pressure by measuring pressure differences between two circuits rather than pressure versus atmosphere.
