Overview
The Smart Charge 5 is a fully automatic, configurable evacuation and tracer gas backfill system with a built-in gross leak test. It is designed for pre-charging parts with tracer gases (e.g., helium, hydrogen) prior to leak testing and for any application requiring controlled evacuation and pressurization.

Performance
Base unit performs evacuation to ~25" Hg (25.5" Hg ultimate), vacuum decay testing and tracer gas backfill up to 700 psig. Evacuation levels and backfill pressures are configurable to suit test requirements.
