TechnologyLaminar flow measurement principle: gas flows through a calibrated flow tube generating a pressure drop measured by a differential pressure transducer. The pressure difference between inlet and outlet of the laminar flow element is measured to determine flow. The part under test pressure is measured by a dedicated sensor.
