Description

Presentation
The ENVEA 700 LX NDIR analyser performs gas measurements based on infrared absorption characteristics. It uses a modulated infrared beam and a microflow two‑chamber detector to deliver stable, repeatable concentration results for IR‑active gases, with oxygen measured by paramagnetic or fuel‑cell technology.

Measuring principle
A modulated IR beam passes through a sample cell where a portion of the beam energy is absorbed by the target gas. The attenuated beam enters a two‑chamber microflow detector filled with the target gas; the pressure difference between chambers produces a small flow measured by a microflow sensor and converted to an output signal. O₂ is measured using paramagnetic or fuel‑cell sensors and displayed as a percentage.

Features and benefits
  • IR measurement range from low ppm up to 100% full scale; O₂ ranges from 0–1% (paramagnetic) to 0–100%
  • Multicomponent capability: up to three IR channels or two IR channels plus O₂
  • Automatic calibration and auto‑ranging
  • Fast response time with temperature and pressure compensation
  • Robust Linux‑based operating system
  • Remote control and monitoring via RS‑232, TCP/IP or digital inputs
  • Comprehensive diagnostics and standard outputs (voltage, current, RS‑232 AK, TCP/IP, MODBUS or AK protocols)
