Description

Product overview
The ENVEA 700 LX CLD/O2 analyzer uses chemiluminescence to quantify NO and NOx in gas samples and includes a paramagnetic channel for O2 (0–25%). Designed for continuous process and emissions monitoring, it features auto‑calibration, electronic flow control and a Linux‑based operating system for reliable diagnostics.

Measurement principle
In NO mode, nitric oxide (NO) reacts with ozone (O3) producing an excited NO2* that emits light proportional to NO concentration, detected by a photodiode. In NOx mode, NO2 is converted to NO before detection to provide total NOx readings.

Features and benefits
  • Measuring range: full scale from 3 ppm to 3,000 ppm (user‑definable ranges)
  • Three measurement modes: NO, NOx and NO/NO2/NOx
  • Paramagnetic O2 channel (0–25%)
  • Auto calibration and auto ranging
  • Fast response time (typ. < 3 s to 90% FS)
  • Electronic sample and ozone flow control; no vacuum pump required
  • Robust Linux‑based OS with comprehensive diagnostics
  • Standard outputs: voltage, current, RS‑232 AK, TCP/IP MODBUS, alarms and status

Options
  • Internal sample pump
  • Internal calibration solenoid valves
  • Internal ozone pump
  • Low‑flow and low‑pressure configurations
  • 19" rack mount slides

Main applications
  • Combustion efficiency monitoring
  • Fuel cell testing
  • Turbine/generator feedback control
  • Ammonia slip / process leak detection
  • Process chemical gas analysis
  • Pharmaceutical process monitoring
  • Vehicle emissions testing
  • Site safety and environmental compliance
