DescriptionThe FC200 is an automatic centrifuge designed to separate and recover cooling lubricant from metal swarf produced by machine tools. It is compact for under-machine installation or integration into small treatment groups. The treated swarf is discharged at the top of the centrifuge body. Nominal throughput range: 70 ÷ 200 kg/h (indicative).
ApplicationsSuitable for de-oiling swarf from ferrous and non-ferrous machining operations. Designed for continuous feeding and for short swarf (length ≤ 2 cm). Parts up to about 1 cm are tolerated.
Key features- Painted metalwork structure anchored to a thick, rigid platform
- Basket machined from a solid block of special steel and heat treated
- Contact parts in wear-resistant materials
- Anti-vibration dampers to reduce vibrations
- Compact dimensions for installation under the machine
- Replaceable slotted filter ring with differentiated holes
- Equipped with inverter to optimize de-oiling
Performance and recommendationsUnder optimal conditions the FC200 can reduce wet content of swarf to approximately 1.5 %. Actual efficiency and hourly output depend on swarf material, shape, bulk density and initial moisture and should be verified by testing specific swarf. Continuous and uniform loading is required for best results. If the swarf contains pieces (bar ends, semi-finished parts), fit a sieve. It is essential to equip the recovery tank with a washing pump to prevent sludge build-up and clogging.
Optional equipment- Customized support structure (painted metalwork) to anchor to floor
- Discharge screw conveyor
- Slotted ring with non-standard hole pattern
- Non-standard RAL painting
- Coolant collection tank with level sensors and 0.3 bar transfer pump
- Electrical control panel
