Product description
Vertical crusher TTC1000 for long, tangled metal swarf. Designed for high-throughput industrial applications, it can be integrated in treatment groups or used as a centralized shredding unit. The machine includes an automatic ejector for non-shreddable parts and is driven by a 15 kW geared motor.

How it works
Swarf loaded into the hopper is pre-shredded by a hooked arm that conveys material to the grinding point. Strands are shredded and discharged from the bottom. Non-shreddable pieces that interfere with the process are automatically ejected via a side drawer actuated by a hydraulic cylinder. Drive speed is 58 rpm.
