Overview
Custom-made metal swarf treatment groups designed and manufactured by combining two or more Fama treatment devices to meet specific customer requirements. Result of a preliminary study, specific tests on chips and a tailored design that takes into consideration available spaces, premises aesthetics, maintenance needs and operational goals. These systems can be supplied on a palletized base or fixed to the floor and are equipped with an electrical panel and a PLC with dedicated software for treatment cycle management.

Functional description
The customized chip treatment groups are equipped with an electrical panel and a PLC with dedicated software for managing the treatment cycle. They can collect and send required signals to the company management system and allow remote assistance functionalities as required by Industry 4.0.

THE DATA IN kg/h IS APPROXIMATE AND IN ANY CASE DEPENDS ON THE DENSITY OF THE SWARF, THE SHAPE, THE OIL CONTENT AND THE TYPE OF COOLANT. THE DENSITY DATA CONSIDERED ARE HYPOTHETICAL, BASED ON AN EXPERIMENTAL AVERAGE OF THE DATA IN OUR POSSESSION.
