Overview
The TRA600 is a compact horizontal shredder designed to process long and coiled metal swarf while automatically expelling non‑shreddable parts to protect the cutting elements. It is suitable for installation under machine‑tool conveyors in industrial environments.

Description
The unit is fitted with two slow‑rotating shafts driven by dedicated motors. Hooked, easily replaceable blades mounted on the shafts work against a counter‑comb blade to produce the cutting action. Screens placed beneath the shafts determine final particle size and influence hourly throughput. Reduction efficiency and hourly output depend on swarf density, shape, oil content and coolant type and should be verified by tests on actual swarf.
