Automatic centrifuge for metal chips designed to separate and recover cutting coolant. Medium-size unit ideal for integration into a treatment line. Side discharge for treated chips. Continuous feeding; intended for short swarf up to 2 cm. Under optimal conditions wet content can reach up to 1.5%. Actual efficiency and hourly throughput depend on swarf material, shape, bulk density and initial moisture; sample testing is recommended for precise estimates.

Operation
The FC300SL is suitable for centrifuging ferrous and non-ferrous metal swarf to recover cutting fluid used in machine tools. Designed for continuous feed and short swarf (≤ 2 cm). Under optimal conditions the unit can achieve residual wet content down to about 1.5%. Actual performance and hourly flow vary with swarf characteristics; if parts such as bar ends or semi-finished pieces are present, fit a sieve upstream of the centrifuge.
