Product description
COLIBRÌ 3.0 is a compact centrifugal unit for treating short metal chips to separate and recover coolant. The assembly is designed with reduced footprint for plant space optimization and is suitable for integration into machining lines. The unit includes a slat/belt conveyor with raised side edges to contain a chip accumulation and to allow unloading by forklift or small tipping lift. The centrifuge model FC300SL is used for liquid-solid separation.

Operation and composition
Short, coolant-wet chips are fed and dosed into the centrifuge via the conveyor. Recovered coolant is stored in the integrated dredging self-cleaning collection tank. Evacuated sludge is discharged into a small dedicated box. A separation sieve is fitted as standard to remove bar ends or finished parts that may be present in the chips and could damage the centrifuge. The complete unit is mounted on a palletized platform for easy movement and is delivered wired with an electrical control panel and remote assistance, ready for use.
