The FCM deoiling centrifuge with extractable perforated basket separates cutting fluid from metal swarf and small machined parts by centrifugal force. The machine features a cylindrical steel frame housing a removable perforated basket that contains coolant-impregnated swarf or small parts; separated coolant passes through the basket holes and is discharged externally.

Possible applications
De-oiling of metal swarf and small machined parts produced by turning, milling and other machine-tool operations; suitable for small batches, subcontracting shops and mixed-material processing.

Further technical characteristics

• Manual loading/unloading: use of jib crane with electric hoist to hook, lift and insert baskets; lid opened manually.
• Automatic loading/unloading (optional): manipulator or transfer system to lift, fill and insert the basket autonomously; pneumatic cylinder opens the lid via solenoid valve and adjustable timer.
