Compact centrifuge SMART200

for metal chips

Description
SMART200 is a compact system for shredding and centrifuging metal swarfs, designed to be installed directly under machine tools. The unit combines shredder mod. TRA200 and centrifuge mod. FC200. Oil-soaked long or short swarfs are shredded, conveyed by a paddle conveyor into the centrifuge and discharged as dry chips. Recovered oil is collected in an internal tank. The entire group is mounted on a palletized platform for easier handling and is delivered with electrical control panel and wiring, ready for use.
