Product description
COLIBRÌ 2.0 is a compact centrifugal chip separator for short metal chips, designed to separate and recover cutting fluid. The standard unit is sized to optimize factory floor space and is mounted on a palletized platform for mobility. It comprises a belt conveyor sized to contain a chip trolley and a Mod.FC200 centrifuge; the conveyor's raised side edges permit unloading by forklift or small tipping lift.

Operation
Short chips carrying coolant are fed and dosed into the centrifuge by the belt conveyor. The recovered coolant is stored in the integrated dredging self-cleaning collection tank. Evacuated sludge is discharged into a dedicated box. The integrated sieve protects the centrifuge by separating bar ends or finished parts contained in the chips. The unit is supplied wired and ready for use.
