DescriptionARDAMP® antivibration supports combine a piston and a spring enclosed in a high-viscosity silicone gel, itself contained within an elastomer membrane bonded to the metal housing. The visco-elastic silicone gel provides controlled damping and energy dissipation for both continuous vibration isolation and impact shock absorption. ARDAMP® units are intended to protect sensitive electronic equipment, control panels and measuring instruments in ground vehicles, aircraft, helicopters and submersible vessels.
