Product description
The HB 560 DL is a semi-automatic double-mitre band saw for precise, cost-effective series cutting of solid material, tubes and profiles. Its double-column construction, saw-arm swivel up to 60° and hydraulic workpiece clamping provide repeatable mitre and straight cuts with high process reliability and simple operation.

Design and construction
The machine features a torsion-resistant welded monoblock saw frame, linear guides for precise saw carriage movement, hydraulically controlled feed and an infinitely variable blade speed. The saw arm is swivelable for bilateral mitre cutting and includes a 3° tilt for improved cutting performance and blade life.
