Description

Overview
FD-500F-CE is a commercial and household vacuum freeze dryer designed for long-term preservation and fast rehydration of food and heat-sensitive biochemical materials. The unit combines a separate cold trap and drying chamber, precise shelf temperature control and an industrial-grade refrigeration and vacuum system to support consistent lyophilization results.

Application
  • Vegetables: mushrooms, garlic slices, chives, spring onions, green beans, peas, cucumbers, sweet corn, diced carrots, spinach, asparagus, wild greens.
  • Aquatic products and meat: shellfish, shrimp, fish, beef, pork, chicken, lamb slices.
  • Seasonings: garlic powder, ginger powder, green onion powder, tomatoes, peppers.
  • Instant drinks: coffee, tea, soups, soy milk, milk.
  • Convenience food: baby food, snacks, field/camping rations.
  • Pharmaceuticals: tablets, reagents, powdered injections, herbal medicines (ginseng, deer antler, wolfberry, Panax notoginseng).
