Introduction
FD-PR Series contact type freeze dryer. The shelf has both heating and cooling functions and the design conforms to GMP standards. Suitable for laboratory tests and small amount production.

Application

• Pharmaceutical industry: freeze-drying for serum, plasma, vaccines, enzymes, antibiotics, hormones, etc.
• Food industry: freeze-drying of coffee, vegetable leaves, fruit juice, strawberries, whole shrimp, meat, special vegetables — preserves color, aroma, taste, shape and nutrients and facilitates long-term storage and transport.
• Nutrition and health products: freeze-drying of royal jelly, pearl powder, ginseng, etc., to preserve active ingredients.
• Biological research: preservation of bacteria, arteries, bones, skin, cornea, nerve tissue and organs while maintaining biochemical and physical properties.

Drying chamber / Shelf

• Mirror polished without dead edge; surface roughness ≤ 0.5 µm.
• Chamber, shelf and hoses tested for leakage resistance.
• Rotate lock design, easy to open (optional automatic hydraulic lock).
• PLC control for shelf heating and cooling, temperature control accuracy ≤ ±1°C.
• Shelf heating method: constant heating or staged heating.

Cold trap

• Constructed in SUS304 or SUS316L.
• Various types optional and flexible layout per requirements.
• Argon arc welding; one-step forming to ensure no leakage and easy cleaning.

Vacuum system

• Preliminary vacuum unit and maintain vacuum unit combined; each unit can be used separately to improve stability and durability.
• Design optionally with multi-stage roots vacuum pump to improve pumping rate; final vacuum ≤ 1 Pa (typical configurations).

Refrigeration system

• High-quality compressor units; piston or screw compressors optional to meet different refrigeration needs.
• Multiple protection functions: high/low voltage protection, oil pressure differential protection, etc., to ensure stable operation.
• Series or parallel compressor units optional to adjust refrigeration capacity and save energy.
• Refrigerants meet international environmental standards.

Circulation system

• Electric heating or steam heating optional.
• Indirect heating via circulating pump and heat exchanger to heat shelf evenly.
• Use of high-stability heat medium to meet temperature requirements.

Control system

• Automatic or manual operation; electronic signatures and multiple passwords supported.
• Friendly HMI displaying detailed machine working state.
