Product descriptionFD-300F-CE is a commercial food freeze dryer designed for lyophilization of food and heat-sensitive biological materials. Vacuum freeze drying preserves original biochemical characteristics and allows long-term storage; rehydration restores the product close to its pre-dried state. The machine is suitable for food, pharmaceuticals, biological samples and research applications where controlled sublimation is required.
Application- Vegetables: edible mushrooms, garlic slices, chives, green onions, green beans, peas, cucumbers, sweet corn kernels, diced carrots, spinach, asparagus, wild greens.
