Overview
FD-10F Series is a compact, automatic in-situ pilot lyophilizer engineered for small-batch processing of biological and food samples. Models support silicone-oil circulating or electric shelf heating and offer optional stoppering under vacuum for vial sealing. The design prioritizes cleanability, controlled thermal transfer and precise process management for R&D and pilot production.

Chamber
  • Rectangular chamber enabling pre-freezing and primary drying without sample transfer
  • Chamber, shelves and trays in polished SS304; SS316 contact-parts available as option
  • High-transparency plexiglass observation door and rounded internal corners for easy cleaning
  • Silicone-oil circulation heating for high temperature precision (bio/medical); electric heating available for food-oriented use
  • GUNDFOS shielded circulating pump and PID control for oil-heated variants; low-viscosity silicone oil as heat transfer fluid
  • Electric heating shelves with safe voltage and controllable ramp rates


Condenser Chamber (cold trap)
  • Large-capacity SS304 condenser (SS316 optional for corrosive processes)
  • Lowest condenser temperature: up to -86°C (silicone-oil versions) or to -60°C (electric versions)
  • Fast cooldown capability: e.g. +20°C to -40°C in ~30 minutes
  • Independent cylinder-type cold trap with plexiglass door and strong ice removal capacity
  • Patented gas diversion technology for uniform cold trapping and improved ice collection
  • Optional electric defrost/heating around condenser to assist ice removal


Refrigeration
  • Dual-stage cooling architecture for stable low-temperature performance
  • Hermetic compressors from established brands (e.g. DANFOSS) and CFC-free refrigerant
  • Danfoss pressure controllers and valves for consistent control
  • Condenser capability options: typical ≤ -60°C; low-temperature option to ≤ -86°C
  • Air-cooled operation without external chiller; brazed plate heat exchanger included


Circulation system
