Description

Product Overview
  • Labfreez® FD-P Series production pharmaceutical freeze dryer designed for vaccine vials, pharmaceuticals and bulk medicine production in controlled clean-room environments.
  • GMP-compliant design with CE and ISO 9001 certification; FAT/SAT and IQ/OQ/PQ documentation supported.
  • Shelf area options from ~1 m² up to ~51 m²; typical small model (FD-P2) processes ~20–30 kg per batch; large models up to 500 L feed.
  • Stoppering under vacuum, optional CIP and SIP (121 °C steam sterilization) for validated cleaning cycles.


Main Features
  • Shelf pre-freezing and rapid temperature change: typical shelf range +20 °C to -40 °C; control accuracy ±0.5 °C (PID).
  • Automatic lyophilization control with recipe programming, thousands of recipe storage and data logging with USB export.
  • Vacuum regulation, end-point detection and pulse backfill (slow/medium/fast) to protect sensitive granular or flocculent products.
  • Large industrial HMI touchscreen, PLC core, real-time temperature and vacuum monitoring (50 ms acquisition) and SCADA/PC remote monitoring.
  • Optional eutectic point test, process curve inquiry and calibration functions for long-term measurement accuracy.


Dry Chamber
  • Vacuum vessel designed to -0.1 MPa (pressure container certification on SIP models where applicable).
  • Polished SS304 construction standard; SS316L available for product-contact parts.
  • Round-corner design, Ra ≤ 0.4 μm surface finish and cabinet leak rate ≤ 5×10-3 Pa·m³/s for easy cleaning and contamination control.
  • Polyurethane insulation thickness >100 mm; door with dual handles and locking (pneumatic lock optional for SIP).


Shelves
  • High-strength shelves pressure-tested to 0.3 MPa; helium mass-spectrometer leak-tested.
  • Silicone oil circulating heating/cooling enables shelf temperature change from +20 °C to -40 °C in ~60 minutes.
  • Polished SS304 or SS316L shelf surfaces; temperature control stability suitable for pharmaceutical processes.


Easy to Use
  • Color touchscreen HMI with recipe management, multi-segment programming, automatic/manual modes and user management.
  • Automatic data recording, freeze-drying curve display, USB export and alarm/protection systems.
  • SCADA remote control support for local PC and mobile monitoring (remote range quoted up to 1.5 km depending on configuration).


Auto CIP & SIP System
  • Product-contact components in AISI SS316L; wide-angle and ball-type piping to ensure complete cleanability.
  • Pulsatile negative-pressure steam delivery, 121 °C steam sterilization and intermittent cleaning to optimize cleaning effectiveness and utilities.
  • German GOETZE valves and SS316L piping; pressure container certification available for SIP-capable models.

  • Medium/large models (FD-P10 to FD-P50): dry area 10.5–51.3 m²; feed 100–500 L; condenser capacity ≥300–1000+ kg/batch; installed power ~58–150 kW.
  • Examples of condenser catch temperature ≤ -75 °C; ultimate vacuum ≤ 1 Pa; cooling: water-cooled; defrost: water soaking.
