  • Multiple chamber types (FD‑R, FD‑MR, FD‑TP, FD‑MTP, FD‑MT, FD‑FT) to support vials, flasks and ampoules

Model description
  • FD‑12 series Labfreeze Dryers are bench/compact floor models for laboratory samples and small‑scale production
  • Model variants: Normal (R), Manifold (MR), Top‑press (TP), Manifold‑Top‑press (MTP), Multi T (MT) and FT to suit different port and workflow configurations


Characteristics
  • Microprocessor control with 7" LCD touch display and real‑time drying curve
  • Pre‑freezing function for samples; shelf heating and recipe/program control optional (stores up to 16 programs × 36 segments)
  • High refrigeration capacity and low noise using DANFOSS (SECOP) compressors with CFC‑FREE refrigerants
  • Condenser, racks and shelves in 304 stainless steel; shelves height adjustable; transparent drying chamber for observation
  • Electric heating defrost optional for fast ice removal; condenser heating defrost ensures efficient thawing
  • Nitrogen inflation valve and manifold/accessory options available
  • CE, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 certified
