DESCRIPTION OF FRUIT FREEZE DRYERVacuum freezing and drying is an advanced dehydration process. Compared with conventional drying methods, products processed by lyophilization have a longer shelf life, better rehydration and retain original appearance. The dried product remains essentially unchanged in volume and shape and has a porous structure. Applicable to vegetables, fruits, condiments, aquatic products, biologicals, medicines and beverages.
Scope of application- Herbal medicines and health supplements: ginseng, Gastrodia, Panax notoginseng, Poria, Dendrobium, Cordyceps, bird’s nest, bee products, deer products.
