Description

Overview
Vacuum freezing and drying (freeze drying / lyophilization) technology for industrial dehydration of food and biological materials. Freeze-dried products retain shape and volume, show good rehydration, preserved color, flavor and nutrients, and have extended shelf life. This split-type freeze dryer is suitable for vegetables, fruits, condiments, extracts and selected pharmaceutical/biological materials.

DESCRIPTION OF FRUIT FREEZE DRYER
Vacuum freezing and drying is an advanced dehydration process. Compared with conventional drying methods, products processed by lyophilization have a longer shelf life, better rehydration and retain original appearance. The dried product remains essentially unchanged in volume and shape and has a porous structure. Applicable to vegetables, fruits, condiments, aquatic products, biologicals, medicines and beverages.

Scope of application
  • Herbal medicines and health supplements: ginseng, Gastrodia, Panax notoginseng, Poria, Dendrobium, Cordyceps, bird’s nest, bee products, deer products.
  • Extracts and concentrates: anthocyanin, Ginkgo extract, nutrient solutions, biological reagents, enzymes, antibiotics.
  • Aquatic products, meat, poultry, eggs: sea cucumber, abalone, shellfish, shrimp, fish, beef, mutton, chicken and egg products.
  • Forest and specialty products: edible fungi, wild vegetables, bamboo shoots, asparagus, pollen, konjac.
  • Fruits, vegetables, soups and beverages: strawberry, raspberry, mango, lemon, apple, peach; onion, garlic, sweet potato; instant soups, coffee, juices.
