Labtech presents the heavy-duty C-shaped roller cast film attachment support with an upward rolling stack design. This configuration produces film and sheet at high speed while maintaining effective cooling conduction from the rolls.

Design and operation
This C-shaped chill roll stack ensures optimal contact of the web with the center and top rolls. The first and second rolls are horizontally aligned; the third roll is mounted 45° above the second roll. The web is wrapped 225° around the large center roll and 180° over the top cooling roll. This cast film arrangement enables faster cooling rates and efficient production.
