Description

Overview
Fully automatic hydraulic co-extrusion blow-moulding attachment designed for 20 mm and 25 mm single-screw extruders. The streamlined die ensures optimal colour dispersion and reduces purging volume during colour changeover. Compatible with most blowable resins, the system produces single-layer or multilayer bottles with controlled parison thickness for uniform walls.

Product range
The LBM series comprises compact and larger hydraulic attachments: LBM-125 for bottles up to 125 ml and LBM-250 for bottles up to 200–250 ml. The LBM-250 offers higher mould clamping capacity. Co-extrusion 2- and 3-layer dies are available with adjustable parison thickness to achieve even layer distribution.
