OverviewThis 36 mm co-rotating twin-screw extruder is a production-grade machine built from closed sectional barrel modules with inserted PM-HIP wear linings. Each barrel module has a length of 4D. The extruder is offered in multiple L/D configurations (40 to 60+). Screw elements are manufactured from high wear-resistant PM-HIP steel and mounted on high-torque splined shafts. Two main versions are available: Standard and Maxi36compounder, with drive power options from 55 kW up to 90 kW and optional fan-cooled or water-cooled motors. Depending on the version, maximum screw speed reaches up to 1200 RPM.
