Description
Large combined chill-roll and calendering attachments designed for web handling and film finishing. Roll diameters up to 250 mm and available roll widths up to 1200 mm. Heavy-duty hydraulic lay-on is provided for both lower and upper rolls against the center roll. Each roll features individual tempering (water or oil) and is driven by its own servo motor. The roll stack includes a motorized tilting mechanism allowing positioning from horizontal to vertical and inclines up to 45°, facilitating integration with downstream equipment.
