Overview
Designed for precise production of 3D printer filaments, this filament extrusion line integrates vacuum calibration and water cooling to deliver homogeneous, void-free filament. The system supports filament diameters from 1.75 mm to 3.00 mm and line speeds up to 100 m/min. Key components include a 4.0 m stainless steel vacuum sizing, cooling and calibration bath with water heater, a vacuum chamber with hinged Plexiglas lid and quick vacuum release valve, an internal calibration tube and vented strand suction units at the end of the cooling bath.
