Our new Compact LCF-400 CO-EX film blowing line is a viable low-cost alternative to our regular co-extrusion film blowing lines. The line has 5 modular “lowboy” type extruders connected to a five-layer pancake type film blowing die. The standard line is equipped with a stabilizer cage with Teflon rolls, polished wood collapsing frame, hard-chromed and rubber haul-off rolls, rubber pull rolls, and surface winder all mounted over the die assembly on a 360-degree, oscillating tower frame. - Max Film Lay-flat Width: 350 mm - Max Line Speeds: Haul-Off Tower Nip Rolls: 35 m/min; Surface Winder: 40 m/min - Standard Film Die Diameter (other sizes available upon request): 30 mm (giving a film diameter of 115 mm) - Roll Width: 400 mm - Height from Die to Nip Rolls: 1,200 to 2,200 mm - Total Electric Consumption of the 5 Layers: 15.3 kW - 5 modular “lowboy” type extruders - Five-layer pancake type film blowing die - Stabilizer cage with Teflon rolls - Polished wood collapsing frame - Hard-chromed and rubber haul-off rolls - Rubber pull rolls - Surface winder mounted over the die assembly - 360-degree, oscillating tower frame
