Description
The LCF-400 CO-EX is a compact 5-layer co-extrusion blown film line designed as a cost-effective alternative to standard co-ex lines. The line comprises five modular lowboy extruders feeding a five-layer pancake-type film blowing die. The die assembly includes a stabilizer cage with Teflon rolls, a polished wood collapsing frame, hard-chromed and rubber haul-off rolls, rubber pull rolls and a surface winder mounted above the die on a 360-degree oscillating tower frame.
