Description

Product overview
Single-layer film blowing lines (LF series) for lay-flat widths up to 550 mm. Available in models LF-250, LF-400 and LF-600. Designed for continuous production of blown film with configurable haul-off and wind-up systems and compatible with standard thermoplastic resins.

Attachment and frame
The blowing attachment connects to a single-screw extruder via a C-clamp flange. The attachment is mounted on a self-supporting frame equipped with lockable casters for quick removal and repositioning.

Die and tower
The die is supported on two adjustable aluminum tower pillars allowing height alignment with the extruder flange. The tower design ensures stable die positioning and easy maintenance access.

Bubble stabilization and collapsing frames
The system includes a bubble stabilizing cage and synchronous adjustable collapsing frames. Collapsing frames use polished teak wood or carbon roller gate rods to guide the bubble uniformly into the nip-rolls.
